Our Vision:

Our vision is to build an inclusive society by pioneering a holistic model to address our nation’s multifaceted development challenges, and contribute to its collective aspirations. Thus enhance the quality of life of people from marginalised and vulnerable communities, by empowering them and catalysing change through innovative and sustainable solutions. Our steadfast endeavour within this is to create replicable and scalable models of development through an integrated approach in the true spirit of maximising societal value for all.

Our Goal :

Our Goal, over the years, has been to ensure community attainment of quality nutrition, health, education and necessary skills for survival and access to various social security and social assistance schemes of the Government of West Bengal and Government of India- for the tribal population and other marginalized population groups in the region.

Our Approach:

Our approach has been to work through forming of women ‘Self Help Groups’-SHGs at the village level and federating these into ‘Mahila-Sabhas’ at the district and state level. The choice of our operational area and the target population both reflect deliberate efforts to bring equal opportunities to groups of people who have been socially, economically and geographically marginalized.

The organization focuses on remote, interior and underdeveloped tribal areas of Purulia without access to other agents of change. The organization has taken up the task to prioritize the development of Shabartola in Mrigichami village, improve the quality of life of the villagers and make them self-reliant. Attempts are also afoot to protect nature, environment and wildlife. Our aim: 'Ganer Gram' Development for Village, Forest, Environment, Culture & Education.
